Andrea Di Luca's creations are above and beyond the regular faire in Sedona. Fine Italian food is his passion! For instance, to start with Primi Tagli, prosciutto, sopressata, salami, olives with grilled bruschetta and Rughetta Insalate, arugula, radicchio, aged pecorino with lemon dressing.
The pastas are fresh house-made daily, try the Pappardelle Funghi, assorted mushrooms in a champagne, shallot, cream sauce or Rigatoni Napoli, Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and onions, sautéed in house-made marinara sauce.
We love Pollo Siciliana, sautéed chicken breasts with mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce and the Tutto Mare, sautéed prawns, deep sea scallops, calamari, clams, and mussels in a light tomato herb broth, served on pappardelle.
Among the choices for dessert, sumptuous creme brûlée, creamy lightly sweet cannoli, tri-flavor spumoni covered in dark chocolate, and more.
Other menu offerings include coffee specialties, Italian cream sodas, beer, an array of wine, sparkling water, tea, soda, fountain drinks.
Bella Vita offers an Early Bird Menu from 4pm-5pm Daily. All entrees listed on the Early Bird Menu are just $12.
